Trick-or-Treat from 4-6pm: Join us as participating HB Downtown businesses open their doors for a delightful trick-or-treat experience from 4-6 pm.
Main Street "Monster March" at 5 pm: Join the parade as ghouls, ghosts, and creatures of the night take over Main Street in a frightfully fun march!
HB Downtown Halloween Costume Contest at 5:30 pm: Show off your scariest, funniest, or most creative costume for a chance to win fantastic prizes!
Meet & Greet: Don't miss the chance to grab a treat and meet our riends from HB Fire Department, HB Police Department, Marine Safety, Republic Services, and more!
